CANCELLATION POLICY
24-hour cancellation policy. There is a charge of $30 of your scheduled service fee for providing us less than 24-hour notice. Not showing up to your appointment, without cancelling, will incur a charge of 30% of the scheduled service. This will be invoiced, and we will not be available to provide services to you until payment is received. Thank you for respecting our time, as we respect yours. We do understand especially these days that situations can and do arise, however if this is the situation please text us at 949-891-2831 ASAP and we will do our best to accomodate you If you are a new guest to the salon, and you miss your first appointment, we will no longer be able to service you. Existing guests who no show 2 times will be at risk of being politely dismissed from our salon.
